YSL La Nuit de l'Homme

The "Midnight Whisper." Unlike the original EDT which is bright and fizzy with cardamom, the Eau de Parfum version is a leather-based oriental scent. It opens with the signature Cardamom, but it is immediately joined by a dark, smoky Incense. The heart introduces a velvety Leather and a touch of Lavender, while the base is anchored by a sweet, resinous Patchouli and Sandalwood. It smells like the original scent "grown up" it’s thicker, creamier, and significantly more "nocturnal."

Fragrance Notes :

• Top : Cardamom, Grapefruit (The classic opening with a darker twist).
• Heart : Leather, Lavender, Clary Sage (The smooth, masculine "jacket" accord).
• Base : Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Tonka Bean (The warm, earthy, and sweet foundation).

Care and Use :

• Apply : Because of the higher oil concentration (EDP), this scent sits closer to the skin but lasts longer. Expect a longevity of 7–9 hours, outperforming the original EDT in terms of duration.
• Occasion : Exclusively for Night-time, Formal Events, or Cold Weather. While the original is a "Date Night" king, the EDP is for "Late Night." It is perfect for winter evenings, leather-jacket weather, or formal black-tie events where you want a scent that feels substantial and "heavy."
• Store : You must keep it away from heat. Store it in a cool, stable environment to prevent the patchouli from becoming "muddy."
