Dior Hypnotic Poison

The "Forbidden Fruit." Hypnotic Poison is an Amber Vanilla fragrance that is legendary for its "Almond-Vanilla" DNA. Unlike the sharp, floral original Poison, this version is creamy, soft, and dangerously addictive. It opens with a unique, nutty blast of Bitter Almond and Caraway Spice. The heart is a lush, "waxy" blend of Jasmine Sambac and Tuberose, but the magic is in the dry down: a massive, dark Vanilla mixed with Musk and Sandalwood. It smells like a warm, expensive root beer float or a luxury almond liqueur smooth, powdery, and intensely "edible."

Fragrance Notes :

• Top : Coconut, Plum, Apricot (The "velvety" fruit opening).
• Heart : Brazilian Rosewood, Jasmine, Caraway, Tuberose, Rose, Lily-of-the-Valley.
• Base : Vanilla, Almond, Sandalwood, Musk (The signature "creamy" finish).

Care and Use : 

• Apply : 3–4 sprays. This is an Eau de Parfum . It has a "dense" sillage that lingers in the air long after you’ve left. On skin, it typically lasts 8–10 hours. It is a "skin scent" in the sense that it smells best when warmed by your body heat.
• Occasion : The ultimate Winter and Night-out fragrance. It is too heavy and "suffocating" for high summer heat. It shines in Cold Weather, on dates, or during evening events where you want to feel mysterious and alluring.
• Store :  Vanilla-heavy scents are very sensitive to temperature. Keep it in a cool, dry place to prevent the almond note from becoming "bitter" or "plasticky."
